Please help us challenge Jefferson County’s decision to ignore the Town of Concord’s comprehensive plan.

Comprehensive plans are an important tool for citizen input and stability of land use in your community. People in the Town of Concord have filed a lawsuit against Jefferson County (Wisconsin) claiming the county must follow the law and honor local comprehensive plans. How this turns out may have a much larger impact on the enforceability of comprehensive plans throughout the county and the state.
